About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Denials and Appeals Nurse to join our team as a Team Leader. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in managing the clinical denials and appeals process for our healthcare clients. This is a full-time position based in our Taguig City office in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of nurses dedicated to the clinical denials and appeals process
  • Oversee the timely and effective resolution of clinical denials and appeals for our healthcare clients
  • Provide guidance and support to your team in interpreting clinical information and developing effective appeal strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless denials and appeals process
  • Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on denials and appeals, providing training and support to the wider organisation
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on all denials and appeals activities

What we're looking for

  • Registered nurse (PHRN) with at least 2 years of experience in a clinical denials and appeals role
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and data analysis tools
