The Business Development Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving MedChoice Pharma, Inc.'s growth, expansion, and long-term commercial success. Building on strong analytical foundations, this position is responsible for leading market expansion initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and translating market intelligence into executable growth strategies.

The role requires close collaboration with higher management, sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure business development initiatives are commercially viable, compliant, and aligned with the company's overall direction.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Analytical & Business Acumen

  • Advanced ability to analyze market data, IMS reports, financial models, and performance metrics.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of pharma market dynamics.

Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to see the bigger picture and connect market trends to company strategy.
  • Capable of translating complex data into a clear strategic direction.

Communication & Presentation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex business insights and recommendations to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-Oriented & Execution-Focused

  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in financial analysis, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Pharmacy, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, market analysis, or commercial roles.
