The Business Development Unit drives strategic growth and expands EMSI's footprint in the service industry, particularly in kiosk machines, cash management, and related solutions. It identifies new market opportunities, develops growth strategies, builds strategic partnerships, and oversees sales, servicing, maintenance, and technology-driven initiatives aligned with operational capabilities and company objectives.

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager leads strategic growth initiatives to strengthen EMSI's presence in the financial services sector. The role focuses on market development, partnership building, revenue generation, and identifying opportunities for sales, servicing, and maintenance. It manages the business development team and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational capacity and organizational goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and execute business development and market expansion strategies

• Identify new markets, services, and revenue opportunities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships and key client relationships

• Drive revenue growth, sales execution, and client retention

• Conduct market research, performance analysis, and reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve services and processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards

WORK REQUIREMENTS

The role requires strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, moderate physical activity, long work hours as needed, and occasional travel. Work is primarily office-based with extensive stakeholder interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum 8–10 years' experience in business development or sales, with leadership experience.
