About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Medical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology
  2. Accurately collecting, processing, and analysing patient samples
  3. Interpreting test results and providing accurate and timely reporting to healthcare providers
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation in accordance with established protocols
  5. Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
  6. Adhering to strict safety and quality control procedures
  7. Collaborating with the healthcare team to provide the best possible patient care

What we're looking for

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  2. Valid license and certification as a Medical Technologist
  3. Fresh graduate are welcome
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  6. Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and computer systems
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
