We are seeking a detail-oriented QAQC Staff to ensure product quality and compliance with established standards in a manufacturing or production environment. The role involves conducting quality inspections, defect analysis, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality assurance checks on products and processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Operate QA testing machinery and conduct dimensional and performance testing.
  • Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all quality activities, tests, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Monitor quality metrics and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).
  • 2–3 years in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proficient in QA testing machinery and dimensional/performance testing.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards, tools, and equipment qualification.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software and quality management systems.

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm
