Position: Jr. Quality Control Engineering Staff

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Biñan, Laguna

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Work Setup: On-site

Salary: Php 18,000- 21,000 gross Open Negotiable

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering (open to non-engineering applicants with relevant experience)
  • Previous work experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to start immediately

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with standards
  • Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and outputs
  • Analyze quality data and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures
