Educational Background

BS Food Technology

Work Experience

Good to have (at least two years experience in food industry)

Functional / Technical Skills

Learner (Basic skills in laboratory and plant inspection, GMP/ Food Safety)

Software / Programming Skills

Microsoft excel / Good communication skill

• Conducts inspection and tests of raw materials, intermediate materials and finished products to verify conformity to set standards.
• Verifies conformity of production, handling, and storage processes to established procedures and requirements.
• Prepares reports for analysis and decision making of management.

Essential Job Functions

1. Conducts sampling of incoming materials for acceptance evaluation and confirmation to set requirements.

2. Performs visual, physical, and statistical evaluation of incoming deliveries with twenty-four hours from delivery / receipt.

3. Conducts sensory, physical, chemical tests of intermediate and finished products.

4. Verifies compliance to sanitation and GMP through planned inspection of facilities.

5. Monitors control points of production processes.

6. Monitors production processes whenever changes in materials, formulations, and/or processes are introduced.

7. Participates in HACCP formulation and verification.

8. Identifies and reports mis operations and deviations for prompt analysis and disposition.

9. Analyzes root cause of deviations together with concerned technical personnel.

10. Evaluates stocks of raw materials and finished goods in storage against standards.

11. Accomplishes relevant forms to gather evidences of conformity to requirements.
