Job Summary:

The Senior Product Assistant for Food Service is responsible for driving product strategy, market performance, and marketing initiatives across different channels. This role will be handling product management fundamentals and leveragingB2B, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Execute strategies to achieve planned sales volume and revenue targets for assigned BU products specifically within the Food Service and Institutional B2B segments.
  2. Analyze competitor strategies and customer needs to identify and refine product Points of Difference (PODs) for different audiences.
  3. Support and execute product enhancements, including changes to labeling, packaging, and formulation.
  4. Assist in the implementation of product pricing strategies and commercial policies.
  5. Support digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives for B2B channels, focusing on execution and performance tracking across relevant platforms.
  6. Collaborate on and execute product marketing plans, including special events and promotional campaigns tailored for the B2B/E-Commerce customers.
  7. Ensure seamless coordination of marketing plans across sales, R&D, and internal departments to support market launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Product Management
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably in the food industry
