Job Summary:

  • The Senior Expediter reports directly to the Supply Chain Lead HO and is responsible for providing efficient and effective expediting of all purchased materials by the Department. He/She is responsible for the shipping, coordination, tracking, and reporting of goods from origin/source to Project site.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related courses
  • With at least five (5) years experience in logistics, expediting, and shipping coordination.
  • Responsible for entering the purchase order data in the PR/PO pending report and updates all inputs daily based on the movement of ordered materials specified in the Purchase order.
  • Responsible for acquiring the written weekly status report of all Purchase Order from all vendors. Reports vendors to Supply Chain Management Head if not complying with this process.
  • Prepares recommendation and approval on assignment of shipment to broker report for all outstanding orders.
  • Reports weekly to Stakeholders regarding the status of their order.
  • Perform general clerical duties and functions.
  • Checks and prepares request for payment for Logistics provider's Invoices and submits this to Supply Chain lead HO and Supply Chain Manager.
  • Coordinates with Site Material Management Department (MMD) regarding the movement of deliveries to site.
