Job Description

As a Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations of the Appointment Setting team, track key performance metrics, conduct coaching and QA reviews, and support onboarding. Your leadership will ensure consistent productivity, high-quality output, and a motivated team that hits performance goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in a call center or outbound sales environment
  • Strong understanding of appointment setting processes and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls per day, conversion rates, and talk time
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, quality assurance (QA) reviews, and provide performance feedback
  • Ensure team members adhere to schedules and meet productivity goals
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires to ensure successful integration into the team
  • Serve as the point of contact for real-time questions, objection handling, and script updates
