Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven
Associate Manager (Healthcare)
to lead and oversee daily operations for a healthcare account. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, driving service excellence, and ensuring compliance with client and organizational standards. This role requires a strong background in healthcare account management and proven leadership in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare account to meet performance targets and client expectations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team leaders and associates to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, processes, and performance outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance updates for senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (required).
  • At least
    1 year of experience managing a healthcare account
    in a BPO or similar environment.
  • At least 1 year of team management experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage performance, motivate teams, and meet operational goals.
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.
