Product Trainer

Job Summary:
The Product Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to franchise owners, branch staff, and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and operational standards. This role ensures that employees and franchise partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide excellent customer service, maintain product quality, and uphold brand standards.
The Product Trainer designs training materials, conducts onboarding and refresher sessions, evaluates training effectiveness, and provides continuous support to ensure consistent product knowledge across all branches. The position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between product development, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new franchise owners and staff.
- Deliver hands-on product preparation and handling demonstrations.
- Facilitate refresher training to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Training Material Development
- Prepare and update training manuals, guides, and visual aids.
- Standardize recipes, processes, and product presentation methods.
- Ensure all materials align with the latest company standards and policies.
- Product Knowledge & Compliance
- Educate staff on product features, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance on proper use of equipment and tools.
- Performance Monitoring & Evaluation
- Assess trainees' knowledge and skills during and after training.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor branch performance in applying product standards.
- Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and R&D for product updates.
- Support branches during product launches or menu changes.
- Act as a resource person for product-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
