About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Trainer to join our team at DCD Foods Franchising OPC' in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for training and educating our franchise owners and their staff on the effective use and promotion of our food products. Your expertise will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation of our product strategies across our franchised locations.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchise owners and their employees on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our food products
  • Organise and facilitate hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to enhance the product knowledge of franchise staff
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise locations to ensure consistent application of product best practices
  • Collaborate with the product development team to incorporate feedback from franchise locations into product improvements and new product introductions
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for further training or support to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed training records and provide regular progress reports to the marketing and operations teams

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a product training or customer education role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage both individuals and groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Hands-on experience with food preparation and a deep understanding of product features and functionality
  • Proficient in using training materials, visual aids, and other educational resources
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
