About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer who will help develop and strengthen our team's knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to teach, communicates effectively, and brings energy and creativity into every session.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and skills development training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create relevant learning materials.
  • Design, update, and deliver training modules (virtual or in-person).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
  • Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Continuously improve training methods to make sessions interactive and impactful.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or talent management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Skilled in MS Office and/or Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate about helping others learn, grow, and succeed.
