JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
  • Working experience as Field Architect is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on site ARCA SOUTH (Taguig)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors all documents such as schedule of works, deliveries, quantity estimate, transmittals, daily accomplishments, materials monitoring and updates plans for revisions.
  • Implements and monitors architectural works to contribute to the high quality, cost efficiency and timely-delivery of the project.
  • Checks all materials to ensure that they are within the required specifications.
  • Conducts joint inspections to check for any punch list to be done.
  • Prepares the reports to update his/her supervisor and all sub-contractors regarding accomplishments & work status.
  • Handles all architectural works of sub-contractors until turnover and final acceptance of the client.
  • Ensures the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment.
