Job Title: Farm Maintenance Technician

Location: Bukidnon

Employment Type: Full-Time; Stay- In (Free Meals and Accommodation)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of machines, wirings, and machine components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, assisting maintenance activities, and ensuring all equipment remains in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily routine inspections inside the building to monitor equipment for abnormalities and report any issues to the immediate superior to prevent major malfunctions.
  • Assist maintenance technicians in performing maintenance activities, especially when additional manpower is required.
  • Utilize PMS forms and checklists during inspections, recording any abnormalities and submitting reports to the immediate superior for timely resolution.
  • Monitor the condition of fire extinguishers, ensuring they are functional and reporting any faulty or expired units for refilling.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a PMS Technician.
  • Proficiency in repairing machines, wirings, and machine components.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
