Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro


Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to handle the maintenance and repair of our company vehicles, including trucks and service units.


Qualifications:

  • BS in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology or related field
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as an automotive or diesel technician
  • TESDA NC II certification in Automotive Servicing is an advantage
  • Proficient in diagnostics, mechanical repair, and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with gasoline and diesel engines
  • Physically fit and able to work in field assignments if required
  • Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on company vehicles
  • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of vehicle issues
  • Replace and repair parts including brakes, tires, batteries, filters, and fluids
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with vehicle safety standards and operational guidelines
  • Respond to vehicle breakdowns and provide on-site assistance when necessary
  • Monitor inventory of tools and spare parts
  • Coordinate with the Fleet Supervisor regarding service schedules and maintenance plans
