Job Description

  1. Performs Form, Fit and Function inspection and testing of contactor, contactor spares and other sub-components as well as probe pin assembly.
  2. Checks and coordinates availability of customer property with Engineering to use in FFF.
  3. Provides technical evaluation, analysis and simulation of problem and root cause.
  4. Notifies the Engineering for any design or BOM errors.
  5. Recommends to improve the design and manufacture of parts.
  6. Systematically provides, coordinates and monitors requests from or to Engineering and QA.
  7. Maintains the safekeeping of tools and small equipment in FFF area.
  8. Understand and clearly define all aspects of customer quality problems and/or issues and facilitate satisfactory resolutions using data collection, root cause and trend analyses.
  9. Identify, defines, and applies the elements of process documentation systems, document control, and ISO standards.
  10. Coordinate ongoing compliance activities (internal quality audits, corrective/preventive actions, training, etc.) which are required to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 certification and other company procedures.
  11. Identify, define, and classify quality characteristics, including classification of defects.
  12. Create qualification methods and metrics for process, product, and service delivery.
  13. Generate internal/external corrective/preventive action reports based on analyzed data and potential internal/external quality issues and follow-up its closure.
