Position Summary:

Responsible for developing all test-related work elements, including manpower support skills and the hardware/software used for power supply testing. The objective of this role is to ensure product testing is performed with the highest quality and reliability, while maximizing machine utilization and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement in test performance by promoting best practices, implementing actions based on lessons learned, and developing test setup/program plans to optimize the test process.
  • Supervise, monitor, and guide technicians to ensure compliance with test requirements, and provide performance feedback to support their skill and attitude development.
  • Support manufacturing operations by increasing test and burn-in capacity, facilitating new model transfers, improving test yields, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Lead special projects that contribute to cost savings and quality improvements, and introduce standardization initiatives across the factory.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience working in an electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a cross-cultural team; assertive, with strong leadership skills, a team player, and flexible.
