SMT Technician

What you'll be doing

• Operate and maintain SMT machines, including pick-and-place, reflow ovens, and other related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues with SMT machines to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to achieve consistent product quality
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain detailed records of machine performance and production data
• Participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SMT Technician or a related role in the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical skills and understanding of SMT equipment and processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and specifications
• Proficient in using tools and test equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance
