About the role

An exciting opportunity is now available for an Ongoing Reliability Test Supervisor to join the talented team at Acbel PolyTech (Phils.), Inc. in Calamba City, Laguna. This full-time role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, playing a key part in the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and monitor daily ORT activities, including electrical, thermal, mechanical, and environmental stress tests.
  • Ensure tests are performed according to specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Oversee lot scheduling, sample preparation, test execution, and timely completion of ORT.
  • Review and approve ORT data before submission to QA Engineers or customers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop ORT inspectors, technicians, and team leaders.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure effective utilization of manpower.
  • Review, verify, and endorse ORT reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Consolidate and submit test results, defect analysis, and summary reports to QA management and Engineering.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Physics, or any related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years in semiconductor reliability testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, Excel and PPT.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reliability statistics
  • Understanding of reliability standards.
  • Familiarity with reliability test equipment and calibration procedures.
