Raw Materials Encoder/Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode all raw material transactions including receiving, issuance to production, returns, and adjustments in the inventory system.
  • Ensure real-time and accurate updating of inventory records in ERP/MRP systems (ODOO software).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production personnel regarding material movement, consumption, and replenishment.
  • Generate inventory reports such as daily stock status, raw material movement, and inventory aging.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual physical counts and reconcile variances.
  • Ensure & facilitate accurate labeling and proper documentation of all raw material movements.
  • Maintain records of delivery receipts, material issuance forms, and production reports.
  • Alert inventory controller or Plant Manager on low stock levels or unusual variances.
  • Support quality compliance by ensuring data accuracy for traceability and audits.
  • Comply with safety and inventory protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Graduate of Information Technology, or any related course.
  • Work Experience:
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in inventory encoding or warehouse documentation in a manufacturing environment, ideally plastic injection.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Familiarity with MRP or inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms).
  • Good understanding of raw materials used in plastic injection (resins, pellets, masterbatch, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible in shifting schedules.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willing to work on-site and in a warehouse/production environment.
  • Willing to work overtime during inventory activities, if needed.
  • Physically fit and capable of checking/handling raw material documentation on the production floor.

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
