Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Develop strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Ensure campaigns are compliant with industry standards and platform policies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record with a winning portfolio of campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
