DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Customer Engagement & Order Processing

  • Responds to customer inquiries and chats on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, TikTok, Webstore, and other online platforms to assist in closing orders.

  • Promotes relevant add-ons and upsells to increase order value.

  • Stays updated on product details, pricing, stock availability, and ongoing promotions.

  • Processes and finalizes orders, submitting them for approval or fulfillment as required.

2. Live Selling Support

  • Hosts or assists in live selling sessions, preparing products and ensuring smooth execution.

  • Handles real-time customer inquiries and helps close sales during live streams.

  • Logs customer orders accurately during live selling sessions.

3. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Reports customer concerns, including returns, complaints, cancellations, and refund requests, to the Online Sales Supervisor for resolution.

  • Coordinates with supervisors on live stream issues, order delays, or customer feedback to ensure timely solutions.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborates with warehouse, planning, and finance teams to relay order details and updates.
  • Ensures coordination across teams for timely and accurate order fulfillment.

5. Competitor & Market Monitoring

  • Tracks and reports on competitor pricing, promotions, and selling strategies.
  • Provides insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and competitiveness.

6. Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintains organized logs of customer chats, transactions, and sales performance.

  • Prepares and submits daily, weekly, or ad hoc reports on chat volume, orders processed, upsells, and live selling performance.

  • Gathers data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Administrative & Sales Support

  • Assists supervisors with administrative tasks, data gathering, and other sales-related support functions.
  • Supports team initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Other Duties:

  • Performs additional tasks as assigned to support the online sales team.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Must be a college graduate of any 4 year course or its equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
