Job Opening: Accounting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist in tax preparation and audits as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
  • Willing to undertake on-the-job training and field assignments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work overtime and participate in fieldwork.

Office Location : Ora Electronics Building, Quiapo Manila

Monday to Saturday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
