The Accounting Associate supports the firm's clients by managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with standards and tax requirements. You will work closely with senior accountants and auditors in delivering accurate and timely outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports
  • Handle account reconciliations and supporting schedules
  • Assist in tax compliance and regulatory filings
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for data validation
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all deliverables
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • CPA license or eligibility is an advantage but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals
