Job Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of actual working experience in using AutoCAD
- Must have recent corporate or outsourcing experience for at least 4 years
- Able to showcase extensive experience in residential drafting
- Exposure to complex architectural residential designs
- Can create and complete the full set of residential architectural working drawings
- Production of shop drawings
- An understanding & knowledge of Australian and/or US standards would be advantageous but not essential
- Must have good communication & writing skills
- Willingness to work on-site
Job Responsibilities
- Use AutoCAD to create 2D drawings for various residential architectural projects
- Translate design concepts into detailed 2D models
- Work closely with drafting manager and different teams
- Production / revision of a complete set of architectural working drawings
