Qualifications:

  • A graduate of bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or any related course .
  • Relevant experience in the academe setup.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in linkages/partnership, placement, or program administration.
  • Keen to details, especially in reviewing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) .
  • Broad knowledge and experience in both internal and external linkages and communication.
  • Excellent events management skills.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports in planning and establishing potential linkage programs through assisting in the alignment of the current needs of the industry and curricula or program offered by the College.
  • Collaborates with other unit/departments on curriculum integration, internship/externship, alumni affairs, marketing and promotion activities to bridge the gap between current needs of industries and curricula offered by the university through open dialogues i.e. symposia, exhibits, roundtable discussions, etc.
  • Maintain good relations with industry partners through consistent feedbacking and updating as managed by the Office.
