Role Overview

We are seeking charismatic, engaging, and sales-oriented
Livestream Hosts

to be the on-camera personality for our TikTok Live selling events. You will connect with audiences in real-time, present products in a way that's entertaining and persuasive, and help convert viewers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

On-Camera Hosting

  • Host 2–5 TikTok Live events per week, following the run-of-show and script provided by the Producer.
  • Present and demonstrate products clearly, highlighting benefits, features, and unique selling points.
  • Keep energy levels high and adapt your delivery to maintain audience attention.

Audience Interaction & Engagement

  • Engage viewers in conversation, respond to comments, and answer questions in real-time.
  • Create urgency through flash deals, time-limited offers, and bundle promotions.
  • Encourage follows, shares, and purchases throughout the live event.

Collaboration & Prep

  • Work closely with the Producer to fully understand product details, pricing strategy, and live flow.
  • Coordinate with the Live Moderator for smooth execution and audience management.
  • Participate in filming short promotional clips to market upcoming livestreams.

Feedback & Improvement

  • Share insights from each livestream on what worked well and what could be improved.
  • Suggest creative approaches for future product presentations or audience engagement.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 1+ years in sales, live hosting, product demos, or influencer/creator work.
  • TikTok Live or live commerce experience is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling ability.
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • Strong ability to connect with and energize audiences.
  • Persuasive selling techniques delivered naturally.

Soft Skills:

  • Quick thinking and adaptable during live broadcasts.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
  • Works well with direction while bringing personal flair.

KPIs

  • Conversion rate per livestream.
  • Viewer engagement rate (comments, likes, shares).
  • Revenue per event.
  • Audience retention and repeat viewer rate.
