About the role

As an Airline Customer Support Associate - Travel Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline partners and their passengers. Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will be the primary point of contact for a wide range of customer inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless travel experience. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer calls, emails, and messages from airline passengers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Assisting customers with a variety of inquiries, including flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and baggage claims
  3. Providing information about airline policies, procedures, and services
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors as needed
  5. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions
  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the airline or travel industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively manage customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using various computer systems and software applications
  5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
