Site IT Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive Site IT Operations Associate to manage day-to-day IT services and infrastructure at our plant and regional sites. This role ensures that all IT systems, networks, and assets remain secure, reliable, and compliant with enterprise standards.

As the primary IT point-of-contact at the site, you will handle technical support requests, monitor system performance, and coordinate IT-related projects with central IT teams. You will also play a critical role in maintaining business continuity by providing timely onsite support during incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain IT services, infrastructure, and assets at the assigned site.
  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot local network systems, ensuring security and compliance with enterprise IT policies.
  • Manage IT equipment, including printers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Coordinate with central IT and vendors for escalations, system updates, and project rollouts.
  • Ensure site readiness and support during off-hours or emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in plant- or site-based IT operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network diagnostics, and end-user support.
  • Proficiency in hardware management, operating systems, basic networking, and network management.
  • Experience with software systems management, database design/administration, and data management.
  • Effective communicator in Filipino and English; able to work with both local stakeholders and central IT teams.
  • Amenable to provide onsite support during off-hours or emergencies when required.
  • Willing to be deployed in Magalang or Tarlac.
