Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy and Campaign Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance across all digital channels.

2. Content Creation and Management:

Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and tone.

Coordinate with internal teams and third-party creatives to produce marketing materials, including graphics and videos.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.

Use insights from analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

4. Brand Building and Lead Generation:

Work on campaigns to enhance brand credibility and awareness within target markets.

Implement strategies to capture, qualify, and convert leads effectively through digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Canva, and WordPress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
