Digital Marketing & Sales

Job Summary

The Digital Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for boosting the property's online sales, managing its social media presence, and delivering creative visual content that strengthens the brand identity. This role combines digital sales initiatives, social media community management, and graphic design skills to increase bookings, guest engagement, and overall revenue performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns (social media, email, paid ads) aligned with revenue goals.
  • Drive direct bookings through website, social media platforms, and online promotions.
  • Coordinate with reservations to track leads and ensure timely follow-up.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
  • Monitor messages and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional replies.
  • Grow online community presence and ensure consistency with brand voice and standards.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

  • Design marketing collaterals (posters, digital ads, infographics, menus, event promos, etc.).
  • Produce visual content (photo, short-form video, reels) optimized for social media.
  • Ensure designs align with brand kit guidelines (colors, fonts, logos, tone).

Online Reputation & Branding

  • Respond to guest reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and OTAs to maintain positive online reputation.
  • Support influencer tie-ups, PR campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Uphold consistent visual and brand identity across all touchpoints.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance of social media campaigns, engagement levels, and ROI of digital ads.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Recommend improvements to maximize reach, bookings, and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, ad managers, and scheduling tools.
  • Familiar with OTAs, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM.

Skills & Competencies

  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Social Media Handling: Skilled in managing content calendars, community engagement, and platform algorithms.
  • Copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Basic photography and video editing.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative, trend-aware, and brand-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
