  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account matters.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, negotiate contract terms, prepare sales proposals, and close deals.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, monitor account metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management using CRM systems.
  • Client Support: Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of issues.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
