Qualifications

  • With any OFW Experience, Worked with Manpower Agencies (working with OFWs)
  • Identifies prospects by working on field and communicating with customers visiting the assigned store(s).
  • Communicate with prospective customers and support during entire application process, identify, and address issues.
  • Communicate with assigned stores and store staff, offer product training and influences stores to do product promotion.
  • Influences customers to buy services and by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing and achieving the set target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned stores or partner locations to promote company products and services.
  • Approach and engage with potential customers to explain product details and benefits.
  • Assist customers with the application or registration process and address any questions or concerns.
  • Build good relationships with store owners, staff, and customers.
  • Provide product information and simple training to store staff when needed.
  • Help organize and support in-store promotions or campaigns.
  • Achieve daily or monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Share customer feedback and suggestions with the team to improve services.
