  1. Provide chairside support to the dentist during clinical and surgical treatments.
  2. Help create a relaxing environment for patients by offering drinks, reading materials, music, or movie options; adjust the dental chair and headrest for comfort.
  3. Prepare and arrange all necessary tools, materials, and equipment before procedures, whether routine or surgical.
  4. Clean, package, and perform the full sterilization process on dental instruments.
  5. Sterilize and prepare surgical drapes and towels for operations.
  6. Capture and file clinical photographs and radiographs in an organized manner.
  7. Email radiographs and photos to patients within a 24-hour timeframe.
  8. Carry out daily lubrication of dental handpieces to maintain functionality.
  9. Keep instruments and dental materials neatly arranged in designated drawers and cabinets on a daily basis.
  10. Restock rooms with consumables such as gloves, tissues, plastic cups, and bibs.
  11. Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment and sanitize them afterward.
  12. Track and manage inventory of clinic supplies.
  13. Liaise with dental laboratories and handle the management of dental cases.
  14. Check equipment regularly for maintenance needs or possible repairs.
  15. Take patients' vital signs before surgery and ensure all required clearances and signed consent forms are in place.
  16. Support the surgeon in responding to dental or medical emergencies.
  17. Draw blood for PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) procedures when needed.
