  • Observe and report any changes in a patient's health, behavior, or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Mobility and safety:
  • Assist with turning, repositioning, and transferring patients between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
  • Ensure patient areas are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
  • Communication:
  • Provide emotional support and communicate with patients and their families.
  • Listen to patient concerns and report them to the supervising nurse.
