Job Summary:

As a Technical Design Architect at Sanderson Global, you will play a critical role in

transforming design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions for large-scale international

projects, including theme parks, water parks, hotels, and mixed-use developments. This role

emphasizes technical expertise, precision, and collaboration to ensure architectural integrity

from concept through construction. Your ability to combine European design sensibilities

with practical execution will be essential in delivering projects of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:


• Technical Leadership: Develop and oversee detailed architectural drawings,

specifications, and documentation.


• Design Translation: Convert creative concepts into functional, buildable technical

solutions while maintaining design intent.


• Compliance & Standards: Ensure designs comply with international codes, local

building regulations, and project requirements.


• Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including master planners,

landscape architects, engineers, and contractors.


• Problem Solving: Provide technical solutions to address constructability, design

challenges, and client requirements.


• Client Interaction: Present and explain technical aspects of design proposals to clients

and stakeholders in clear English.


• Innovation: Incorporate new materials, technologies, and sustainable practices into

technical design work.


• Mentorship: Guide and support junior architects in developing strong technical design

skills.


• Quality Assurance: Review and approve design documents to ensure precision,

accuracy, and high quality.


• Reporting: Prepare technical reports and updates for project directors and clients.

Qualifications:


• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of architectural technical design experience,

preferably with theme park, amusement park, FEC, tourism, resort, hotels, mixed used

development and international project exposure.


• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural

software.

Skills:


• Strong technical design portfolio demonstrating precision and innovation.


• Excellent problem-solving and project execution abilities.


• Knowledge of construction methods, detailing specification, and building systems.


• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.


• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.


• Skilled in hand drawing and conceptual visualization is preferable.
