About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Admin Manager – Permits & Licensing who will take full ownership of all permit, licensing, and compliance requirements across multiple branches and sites. This role is critical in ensuring smooth business operations, regulatory compliance, and timely approvals for both existing and expanding locations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinate with LGUs and government agencies to secure and renew business permits and licenses for multiple branches and sites
  • Manage permits and compliance requirements related to fuel storage, distribution, and operations, including DOE registrations
  • Oversee documentation for construction, renovation, and expansion projects, including building permits
  • Handle transfer of ownership or business operations, ensuring contracts, agreements, and registrations are properly updated
  • Ensure compliance with electrical, water, and utility requirements across all locations
  • Monitor permit timelines, maintain accurate records, and proactively resolve regulatory issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all sites remain compliant and operational at all times

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of permits, licensing, and regulatory processes
  • Proven ability to manage documentation, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative management, office management, or similar leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience handling multiple branches or sites (highly required)
  • Background in retail or multi-branch operations is a strong advantage
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and process improvement
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Capable of working independently and making sound decisions
