ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ortigas, Pasig for an HR and Admin Manager with experience in the consulting industry. The HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing human resource functions, developing HR policies and transformation initiatives, managing performance evaluation processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role involves strategic thinking, process improvements, and close collaboration with management to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Design strategic workforce plans aligned with organizational goals
- Develop comprehensive talent forecasting models to anticipate workforce trends, skill gaps, and succession planning needs
- Collaborate with practice unit heads and managers to assess hiring needs
- Analyze workforce data to evaluate availability and capacity
- Approve and oversee workforce policies and programs
- Monitor the implementation and impact of workforce initiatives
- Develop and lead employer branding strategies to enhance the company's online reputation and attract top talent
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring efficient sourcing, selection, and onboarding
- Ensure recruitment practices support organizational growth
- Design and monitor onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration process
- Lead the development and implementation of recruitment analytics to track key hiring metrics and trends
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve talent acquisition effectiveness
Learning & Development
- Ensure Learning & Development initiatives align with business strategy and talent management goals
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs
- Provide insights on learning innovation
- Monitor training effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs
- Allocate budgets for Learning & Development programs and initiatives
Career Management & Succession Planning
- Oversee the execution of employee development plans
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to create career paths and succession plans
- Utilize learning measurement results to support career pathing, succession planning, and reward programs
Performance Management
- Manage the performance management system
- Oversee performance evaluations and identify training needs based on results
- Monitor employee productivity and real-time system filings
- Analyze workload and productivity reports
- Review and approve rewards recommendations based on performance evaluations
Engagement
- Develop and implement key employee engagement programs and activities
- Manage and monitor budgets for engagement initiatives
- Lead the planning and execution of company events
- Ensure the successful implementation of engagement strategies
- Present engagement reports and analytics to management
Employee Relations
- Develop, update, and communicate company policies
- Initiate and oversee employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations
- Enforce disciplinary actions for policy violations
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with company goals and industry standards
- Oversee timely administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards
- Review policies on HMO and other benefits
- Oversee salary benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable compensation
- Analyze market data to support salary benchmarking decisions
Offboarding
- Manage offboarding activities for departing employees
- Review and apply insights from exit interviews to improve retention strategies
Compliance
- Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Monitor regulatory updates, enforce HR policy adjustments, and oversee the submission of mandatory government reports
Workplace Operations (Admin)
- Oversee facility operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop policies for space utilization and workplace safety
- Plan and manage administrative budgets and resources
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Expertise in HR Transformation and implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Proficiency in developing and managing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Experience in Performance Management, including conducting evaluations and managing employee development plans
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Background in the consulting industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
