HR and Admin Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall management of the HR and Admin Department.
Develops and implements HR strategies and programs that support the overall business plan and strategy
Oversees and plan key HR functions such as annual performance management cycles, talent management, employee engagement and people programs, total rewards, and talent development.
Acts as a trusted advisor and provide counsel to stakeholders on career planning, leadership development and people management
Oversees the day-to-day recruitment activities.
Ensures recruitment service agreement level is met.
Ensures timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll and sales allowance, government loans and remittances
Ensures strict and consistent compliance to local labor laws and regulations
Handles and addresses labor relations and employee grievances, issues and concerns.
10. Prepares and forecasts departmental budget
11. Ensures a well-maintained office facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
12. Monitors and procures needed supplies for multiple office locations, reception, and kitchen.
13. Performs other duties at similar level of skill and complexity that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
