The Admin Assistant plays a key support role within the Admin Department, managing a variety of administrative functions and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate company documentation, supporting interdepartmental communication, and assisting with the organization's day-to-day administrative needs. A strong attention to detail, familiarity with company products, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. The Admin Assistant also supports property related activities, such as assisting with condo unit inspections and client viewings in partnership with the Quality Assurance Officer. As needed, this role may also perform driving duties for company-related transport requirements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related course

Possesses a valid driver's license and is capable of safely operating both motorcycles and 4-wheel vehicles

Willing to travel locally as required for administrative errands, site inspections, or client coordination

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in general administration, documentation, coordination, or related support functions

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative or communication tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrates professionalism in handling confidential information and internal communications

Effective team player with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset

Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic

  • Familiarity with property inspection, basic facility coordination, or client-facing roles is an advantage

Willingness to serve as a company driver when required, including for official site visits or client-related activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
