WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Record and categorize financial transactions (AP/AR), manage reconciliations, and handle sales tax preparation with audit support
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, analyze costs of goods sold, and provide insights to guide client decisions
  • Generate, analyze, and present financial statements and reports to clients, management, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Manage client invoicing and oversee payroll processes
  • Act as Client Lead by building strong relationships, coordinating financial information, supporting new client onboarding, and collaborating with teams on strategies with financial impact
  • Stay updated on accounting, bookkeeping, and finance industry trends

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Must be a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • 5 to 7 YEARS OF REQUIRED EXPERIENCEin the related field
  • Proficient, excellent, and knowledgeable in QuickBooks Online.
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
