Job description:
The HR Officer is responsible for carrying out day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operations of the HR department. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Officer acts as a link between management and employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offers).
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, contracts, and documentation as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Provide employees with guidance on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role (2–4 years).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willing to Work in LANANG DAVAO CITY
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
