Key Responsibilities:

  • Development: Design and build email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
  • Automation: Configure and manage Journeys, Cloud Pages, and automation workflows to improve engagement and personalization.
  • Integration: Build and maintain API integrations with external data sources and Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data synchronization.
  • Data Management: Manage audience segmentation and subscriber data for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.
  • Support: Ensure campaign journeys are accurately configured and aligned with marketing goals and timelines.

Must Have (Non-Negotiable):

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong stakeholder communication and business alignment skills.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Contact Model, APIs).
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and AMPscript (3 years).
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud REST APIs and key endpoints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize campaign processes.
  • Collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively with marketing and technical teams.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer certification.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and campaign data targeting.
  • Exposure to additional Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales or Service Cloud)
