As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin, you will lead testing efforts for enhancements and integrations, manage UAT cycles, support automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth, validated releases. You'll strengthen system reliability and help deliver high-quality digital solutions in a regulated biotech environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or testing, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, and data model
• Experience with automated testing tools (Provar, Selenium, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with GxP validation, IQ/OQ/PC standards, and compliance-driven environments preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Salesforce Administrator certification a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Salesforce enhancements and integrations
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and releases
• Partner with business analysts, developers, and administrators to validate requirements and acceptance criteria
• Establish and maintain automated testing frameworks where applicable (e.g., Selenium)
• Document and track defects; ensure timely resolution and retesting
• Support validation and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with release management to support deployment readiness and post-release validation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards
