Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically targeting eCommerce customers.

Create and maintain customer journeys using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement personalized marketing solutions. Generate reports and insights to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.

Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on Marketing Cloud (MC).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Analytics tools within SFMC.Experience in creating and managing customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Strong communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
