1-day Virtual Hiring Process (MS Teams)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

Work Setup: Hybrid (4x Onsite and 1x WFH)

Qualifications

  • At least Highschool Graduate
  • With 6-8 months of Collection Specialist in BPO (International Voice Account)

Qualifications
  • No experience required as long as communication skills are good
  • Minimum educational attainment: HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to work in a diverse workplace
  • Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Persuasive with details and facts

Responsibilities (Customer Service Focus)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints regarding records, billings, contract renewals, and returns
  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls in English (and/or other languages if required)
  • Use standard scripts and procedures in responding to customer inquiries
  • Gather information, research/resolve concerns, and log customer calls
  • Provide appropriate options or resolutions in a timely manner
  • Inform customers about available services and assess needs
Collections Role Option
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6–8 months of collections experience
  • Experience handling international collections or AR in BPO (B2B preferred)
  • Minimum educational attainment: HS Graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate

  • Preferred:

  • 1 year of experience in B2B collections or order-to-collect

  • University-level education
  • Proven record in hitting targets and SLAs
Key Role Tasks & Activities
  • Manage portfolio accounts based on defined collection strategies
  • Ensure debt recovery and cash target achievement monthly/quarterly
  • Communicate open balances and perform account reconciliation
  • Handle UMCC per ICMP guidelines
  • Manage dunning process and coordinate handover of insolvent accounts to legal collections
  • Implement and resolve service stops
  • Perform entry/resolution of queries related to collection activities and communicate with customers
  • Participate in month-end closing and reporting activities aligned with ICMP
