Position: Team Leader - Billing Account

Location: 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Ave, Lahug, Cebu City | Pure ONSITE

Job Description:

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Undergrad Completed 2 years / 4 semesters in College or College graduate are welcome.
  • At least 2-4 years TL experience
  • Must have billing experience
  • Ability to communicate directly with the client, provide daily performance reporting to leadership + client.
  • Must be able to coach to effective sales pitch practices, and lead the team by example and experience (rather than by definition).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
