Primary Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve operational and performance goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between team members, management, and clients when necessary.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular coaching and mentoring sessions to develop skills and enhance performance.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment aligned with MedGather's values.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure that daily tasks, client deliverables, and operational targets are met according to company policies and client requirements.
  • Analyze reports and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and workload distribution to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations Managers and HR to address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and escalate concerns to management as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements, training needs, and workflow optimization based on performance data.

Training & Development

  • Support HR in onboarding new hires within the team.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to ensure process knowledge and service standards are maintained.
  • Identify team members' skill gaps and coordinate with L&D for tailored training programs.

Conflict Resolution & Employee Support

  • Address team issues, conflicts, and concerns promptly and fairly, in compliance with MedGather policies and the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Act as a mediator between employees and management to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to employees struggling with performance or attendance issues.

Compliance & Policy Enforcement

  • Ensure team adherence to MedGather's Employee Handbook, company policies, and client protocols.
  • Enforce attendance, communication, and behavioral standards in line with Philippine labor regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • One to two years of Team Lead experience
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • BPO experience under a healthcare account is an advantage but not required

Work Setup:

  • Onsite (I.T. Park, Cebu City)
  • Graveyard shift
